Position Overview:
The Herbivore is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Gardener to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our beautiful plant-based landscapes and ensuring that our gardens remain a vibrant and welcoming part of our environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, planting, and watering.
• Ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of all plant life.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable gardening practices.
• Monitor and manage pest control using eco-friendly methods.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute seasonal garden projects.
• Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gardening or horticulture is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant species and their care requirements.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for plants and sustainability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including weekends if required.
