Position Overview:
The Herbivore is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our growing team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality in our plant-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
• Implement and uphold best practices for customer service, product handling, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving common goals.
• Knowledge of plant-based products and a commitment to sustainability is a plus.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory and team management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
